REIKI HEALING
(IN PERSON & DISTANCE SESSIONS)
I have been working with energy and channeling it into my healing and massage for a number of years now. I am very happy to now be offering energy healing sessions.
Energy healing is a beautiful, gentle treatment that will serve you just as needed.
I channel pure source energy. You will be lying comfortably and fully clothed. I will scan your system and field to identify what is going on and how the energy is flowing; identifying blockages, stagnation, depletion and over-activity.
The work usually combines hands-on touch over clothing/blankets and some hands-off work in the energy field around you; a series of hand placements in non-invasive positions.
In general, clients feel at a minimum, a sense of deep relaxation, rest and rejuvenation; like you’ve had a deep restorative nap. Some may feel tingles, heat, have visions or see colours relating to the energy work that is occurring - each client experience is unique.

We are made up of, and animated by energy. Through working on this level, profound changes and shifts can occur. Possibly as simple as feeling a renewed sense of vitality and wellness, through to more specific shifts like relief from physical pain, renewed creativity, a calmer disposition when facing stress in day-to-day life, clearer connection to intuition and inspiration - the list goes on and what you gain varies depending on our intention for this work, what we are ready to receive/let go of, and therefore the focus and flow of the session.
Energy healing can address concerns and issues on all levels - mental, emotional and physical. It can be a wonderful support to physical healing - whether you are on a health journey recovering from trauma/being unwell, or healing an injury/post operation.
