Commitment to My Clients:

Reverence Holistic Therapies offers a confidential sanctuary of non-judgement where you can be cared for by a Professional Complementary Therapist (me). I continually work hard at my craft to ensure that I provide a high-level of service, that is bespoke to you.

All treatments provided will last for the duration agreed prior to the session, with the exception of late arrivals as outlined below.
All clients must complete a consultation form before the treatment. This will be provided.
Massage Therapy/Complementary Therapies are generally very safe and beneficial treatments. If you have recently been through surgery, are in acute pain or are taking any medications relating to a more serious health condition, then please let me know prior to coming. In certain cases I may just need you to check with your GP or consultant that you are safe to receive a treatment.
If you have recently had a cold, fever or infection (such as cold sores, conjunctivitis, fungal infections such as ringworm), then please let me know prior to coming, as this may prevent you from having your treatment.
Treatments will only be carried out if it is deemed safe to do so.
Please let me know ahead of time if you have any allergies, or have experienced any issues whilst having/or after having a complementary therapy treatment in the past.

If you arrive late for a booked session time you will only have the time remaining and not the full allocated session time (e.g. if you are 10 minutes late for a 60 minute session the duration will be 50 minutes). If my bookings/schedule allows me to extend the session time to give you the full treatment time, I will do so (within reason).

Reverence Holistic Therapies Cancellation policy:

Should you need to cancel/reschedule your treatment, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to allow me the opportunity to re-book the session for other clients.

You have the right to cancel at any time, however within 48 hours of the booking, these conditions apply:

If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the full cost of the session booked will still be charged. If you are unable to make the appointment, you are free to send somebody else in your place to make use of the session.

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours, a cancellation fee at 50% of the full treatment cost is due.

In the case of extreme emergencies please contact me and I will consider this on a case-by-case basis.

If payment for the treatment is using a voucher, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the voucher, and depending on the voucher value, additional payment may also be required.

Reverence Holistic Therapies reserves the right to move or cancel treatments within a 24 hour period due to therapist illness or emergency.

Clawford Lakes Spa Cancellation Policy:

Full Payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled treatment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will not be eligible for a refund.

The Rose & Crown Clinic Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations made within 24 hours of the treatment time will be subject to the full cost of the booking. You are welcome to send someone in your place to make use of the session. In the case of extreme emergencies please contact me and I will consider this on a case-by-case basis.
