Bringing you into a state of total relaxation and harmony, the intention is to cocoon you in a nourishing and supportive space - just as you are doing for your little one - allowing you and your body and mind some time to rest and restore. Your comfort is paramount - we will find the positions that best support your body to allow you to sink into a state of ease, providing a calm and safe sanctuary for you to feel held and supported. Each session is tailored to you and what you may be experiencing and/or struggling with.
