Service Description

Through guided breath and listening touch we will bring you into a deep state of relaxation. Allowing your body to soften and your mind to let go. Rather than ‘doing to’, I work with your body, guided by it’s natural intelligence, listening to where and how the tissues are ready to open, soften and let go; supporting them to come back into relationship with the whole. With this level of connection and relationship, the brain and body sync up; reconnecting, releasing, and coming back home to its remembrance. I use a fusion of techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue where appropriate, Shiatsu, Womb/Pelvic work & Fascial work, and am currently integrating some of the structural work I am learning through studying Zero Balance Bodywork. All treatments are bespoke to you. I would love for you to leave feeling restored, fluid, balanced and grounded in your body and with a revived felt-sense of connection to self and environment.
